Wymagania

The ideal candidate will have either a Trade and / or Technical qualification coupled with several years experience of manageing sites in a main contracting environment from contract award to client handover and into the maintenance period.Must have a proven track record of project deliverance on time and within budget on projects. Effectiveness in programming, motivation and management of subcontractors and ensuring client relationships are maintained at a high level with a professional attitude are key requirements.In return an excellent package reflecting previous experience will be tailored to suit 'the right candidate'
