HRK - Real Estate and Construction is a unit dealingwith sector such as: Real Estate and Construction. The HRK - REC is apart of HRK S.A. Group, one of the biggest Polish recruitment company.  For our Customer one of the world's leading engineering, and construction and project management companies. We are looking for candidates interested in workingin Saudi Arabia for the position of:Senior Planning & Scheduling Engineer SPSE.40.BROAccountability:Assigned to Project Controls group for schedule development, monitoringand recovery plan development activities. Responsible for schedulingactivities for major projects with significant non-routingrequirements. Specific tasks include but are not limited to thefollowing:

Interfaces with designated Company management and client counter parts for planning and scheduling tasks per PCM direction.Responsible for collection, verification, and integration of work scope for all entities into the total project plan.Performs timely and complete update of project schedulers todetermine contractor performance compliance with approved baseline.Prepares project schedule analysis and conducts studies ofproblem areas to determine criticality of schedule activities.Recommends alternatives for schedule improvement to project team fordiscussion and/or decision.Supports development of scheduling standards and procedures.

Key Technical Skills:

College/University Degree in Civil Engineering, ConstructionManagement or Building Construction. Minimum of ten  yearsexperience in Engineering and Construction Industry.At least five years work experience as Senior Planner/Scheduler on Heavy Civil / Infrastructure projects.Demonstrated skill in identifying, analyzing, and providing innovative solutions to planning and scheduling problems.Thorough knowledge of planning practices and procedures. Advancedworking knowledge of Primavera P6 & P3 to plan, organize, reviewand develop complex EPC schedules. Proficient in CPM scheduling,resource loading and leveling.
