The job requires an individual who has a sound basis of electrical engineering systems including low current systems and can assist in the development of both practical and innovative designs that respond to the client requirements for a variety of market sectors. The individual therefore has to be able to work within a design team to deliver practical solutions for designs for a wide variety of building types and clients. They must be able to take responsibility for all aspects of the assigned projects from concept reporting, detail design to tender package completion.

Wymagania

A recognized degree holder with experience and qualifications leading to the membership of a professional body in building services or electrical engineering. With a minimum of five years experience in professional practice and at least three years professional design experience with a medium to large design consultancy specializing in Building Services for various types of clients.An individual who has been working, predominantly, in the commercial sector with a consultancy dealing with the equivalent of corporate clients, or a multi disciplinary consultancy. The individual having the ability to design medium to large size projects would be considered.
