Conversant with PM and the construction industry in Poland. Minimum 10 years experience Acted previously as Project Director or other similar senior project management role Retail experience a benefit Professionally qualified English and Polish language Willing to travel Flexibility with working hours and location

Wymagania

Generally responsible for the profitable development of the Project Management business unit within our company Support to marketing initiatives Preparation and submission of PM proposals and pre-qualifications. Development and introduction of PM procedures Auditing and implementing corrective actions regarding adherence to PM procedures Recruitment, training and development of PM staff Lead PM operations and be responsible for the delivery of the PM service to clients and projects Where required act as Project Director on major projects Act as key client manager for selected clients so that company is their first choice for PM services Co-ordinate activities with the Head of Construction Economics and the Director for Poland Develop a network of support consultants and sub-consultants
