For our Client, construction company from Saudi Arabia, we are looking for candidates for the position of: Field Mechanical Engineer FME.43.ASLAccountability:

Monitor contractor Quality Control Program, like site inspection for compliance with contract documents and approved submittals and mechanical codesMaintain project safety awareness and enforce company safety policyFacilitate coordination of contractor's work with third parties, i.e., SEC, MARAFIQ or other public agenciesReview and respond to contractors technical queries and coordinate with Engineering Department on technical issuesSupervise quantity take-offsReview contractor?s monthly invoicesReview O&M manualsMonitor as-builtsPrepare daily reports on each contractEvaluate construction material testing resultsProvide technical support to the preparation of Field Change Requests and Change OrdersParticipate in construction progress meetingsParticipate in final inspection and prepare punch listsReview engineering design packages for constructability issues and lessons learned

College/University Degree in Mechanical Engineering with construction experienceHe must have management experience in Building/Site installationHe must be familiar with Air Handlers, Exhaust Fans, Chillers, Split unit, Sanitary System, Potable Hot & Cold Water System, Storm Water System, Fire Suppression System & BMS SystemHe must be able to Commission all HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Suppression SystemsBe familiar with Bechtel and International codes & safety StandardsHe should have basic working knowledge or Microsoft Word and Excel
